We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and all sales are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If something arrives defective, damaged, or sent in error, we'll make it right. Email support@intentbrands.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement.
