Pre-Order Shipment Processing Time
We will process and ship out all pre-orders within 90 days from initial purchase. We appreciate your support and patience.
Regular Shipment Processing Time
All orders placed by 2:00pm PST, Monday through Friday, are fulfilled and shipped same day! During weekends, holidays, and occasional unexpected events we may need a few extra hours, your patience is appreciated.
We strive to provide Four Day Shipping whenever and wherever possible at $8.95 on most products. Shipping fees on our products are charged as previously mentioned, on all transactions subtotaling (excluding taxes or shipping) up to $49.99. All orders subtotaling $75 or greater, receive free shipping via UPS, Fedex, USPS, and various LTL carriers for larger wholesale orders.
At this time, orders placed in CA, AZ and NV can expect to receive their orders within 2 business days. All other states will receive their order within 7 business days. Order shipping confirmation and tracking is available.

Damages
Please inspect your order promptly once received. If your order does not arrive as expected, or damaged, please take a photo and inform us immediately so we can work quickly to resolve and make it right. You can send an email to support@intentbrands.com.

Sly™ is available in the Lower 48 United States (not Hawaii & Alaska) and does not ship internationally
